Seagull Electronics is the best control4 authorized dealer in the Palm Beach area. I has another company come out and install the system originally and nothing was working correctly. I reached out to Seagull Electrons because they were close to my home and they came out that week and reprogrammed everything they was it was orginally suppose to be. I am now working with them to install my autmatated shades and lighting. They have a group og great technicians.

Prior sound guy did not program Control4 to actually shut down so system kept overheating so streaming would freeze up. Seagull immediately diagnosed problem, ordered multi-speed fan, and also suggested programming streaming thru Apple box instead of DVD player for quicker response and checking on internet speed. Only complaint is that the fan did not come in quickly enough because once they finished, we have zero issues 😀

We hired this company to install an outdoor TV they recommended we use one we had that was inside and replace that TV which we did. The first time we turned it on it blew out the TV and we had to buy another. At the end, we spent $3000 for two TVs and an outdoor install. Either way, they were really responsive and made the changeouts quickly.

I called Seagull to help me with a Savant system and Steve came over to my place in Jupiter and walked through the entire condo and told me what I needed and didn't need. I trusted him instantly, he didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need and was genuinely interested in helping me find the best performing and cost effective solution to my electronic needs. They ended up installing new thermostats, and wifi connectors. I will definitely do business with them again, friendly wonderful people, very very professional, as well as all of their employees.

I highly recommend Seagull Electronics if you are looking for top notch AV services. I have been a client for over 15 years. I had multiple projects over the years with Steven and his team. Very knowledgeable about the products, recommendations are customised to the needs of the project, fair pricing, and superior customer service. I had the experience of working with corporate AV companies in the past, nothing beats this family run business where Steven, the owner of the business, is personally responsive and really cares about his clients.

Seagull Electronics was recommended to me when we bought a second home in Palm Beach Gardens in 2003 and I wanted a high-quality sound system. Seagull owner Steve Siegel provided me with just what I was looking for – and at a great value. My new speakers were at least on par with speakers for which I had paid multiples more.Recently, having moved to Florida permanently, I retained Seagull Electronics to update my system, providing sound to both my patio and my office. The results exceeded expectations. Steve knows his products and cares about his clients.

They did everything as promised and more.They provided a detailed professional proposal, no hidden conditions, andwhat you would expect when you were making a major addition to your home entertainment center..They respected your property and their effort to be exacting in whatever they did gave me confidence I chose the right company, owner operated .Lastly they were honorable and knowledgeable and I am continuing to use them to bring me into the 21st centurySale and Installation of 100" TV, and another TV, Sound bars, Sonos sound systems and all integrated into existing old system to save me from additional financial outlays
